Our two Directors, Conor and Richard have spent more than 40 years working for successful recruitment businesses in the infrastructure arena. They established Infraspec in May 2017 to be able to provide a more bespoke service offering and more flexible recruitment solutions to its customers.
Conor has been a specialist recruiter and business development professional for over 20+ years. Conor’s focus is in placing niche talent across the discipline areas of planning engineering; project controls; digital and modelling; cost engineering; commercial management; quantity surveying, estimating and bid management.
Richard specialises as a recruiter focussed on placing planning engineers; project controls managers; risk managers; project and programme managers for the last 20+ years. He has successfully led and managed large teams that focused on project controls, commercial/ cost management, HSQE, design and engineering management.
At Infraspec, Richard and Conor use their experience to provide a more tailored and personal solution for candidates and clients alike. They successfully partner with large global multinational companies as well as SME supply chains, in sourcing hard to find talent.
